DESCRIPTION:
Ist DAY: ROME-NAPLES-POMPEII-SORRENTO: Depart Rome via climate controlled deluxe motor coach south past the Abbey of Montecassino, followed by a brief panoramic tour of Naples, and then on the way to Pompeii, stop at an ancient cameo & coral factory. Lunch in Pompeii followed by a visit to the excavations. Continue to Sorrento for dinner & overnight at hotel. 2ND DAY:SORRENTO. Half board at hotel. Day at leisure for personal activities. 3RD DAY: SORRENTO-CAPRI-ROME. Breakfast at hotel. Depart by Ferryboat for Capri. Upon arrival, weather permitting, row boat visit to the Blue Grotto. Next a minibus tour of the Island with lunch at an Anacapri restaurant. Freetime for shopping and sightseeing. Transfer in the afternoon to Marina Grande to embark the Ferryboat for Sorrento, where the journey back to Rome begins. Arrival in Rome at approximately 9:00PM, traffic conditions permitting.
